sociora.org provides fitness training services, including but not limited to:

• Strength training and low-impact exercise programs

• Online fitness coaching and support

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

• We are not liable for any injuries, health complications, or adverse effects resulting from your participation in our programs

6. Assumption of Risk

Physical exercise and fitness training involve inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, joint injuries, cardiovascular incidents, and other potential injuries or health complications.

By using our services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical exercise and training, whether or not such risks are specifically identified. You agree that you are participating in our programs at your own risk.

7. Payment Terms

Prices for our services are displayed on our website and are subject to change without notice. All prices are in the currency specified at the time of purchase and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, sociora.org AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR €100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
